We started Plume because we wanted somewhere that felt like a friend's kitchen, only with better eggs. The bread is ours, the jam is ours, the playlist is loud but not too loud.
You can come in for a fifteen-minute coffee or a three-hour Saturday, and we'll treat both the same. There are pancakes at four. There are mimosas at noon. The kettle is always on.
