One room, one seating — an evening composed after dark.
Nocturne is a single room and a single menu that turns with the season. We cook only after dark — when the city quiets and the evening, at last, belongs to the table.

“Each course is a movement. Together, they make one composition.”

Nocturne opened in 2021, after a decade Elina spent in the kitchens of Paris and Copenhagen — learning that restraint, not abundance, is the harder craft.
She cooks one menu a night for sixteen guests, and writes it each morning around a single question: what is at its very best, today?

Nocturne seats sixteen guests, once each night. We suggest booking two to three weeks ahead.
